Apology and restoration for our network failure

Our network failure occurred from 4:30 am to 8:00 am on August 27.
Currently, the fault has been recovered and returned to the normal state, but for the customers who contacted us through our service or email etc. within the time of the fault occurrence, regarding the contact during this period, It seems that it was received late, but I am very sorry, but I would appreciate if you could contact us again just in case.
