You can apply. However, the installation basic construction price in this pamphlet is not applicable.

How long will it take from application to installation completion?

Approximately two to three weeks of time will be taken from the time you accept the application until the installation is completed.

What is the time required for installation site survey and installation?

Approximately 1 to 2 hours for installation site survey, about 4 hours 30 minutes to installation about 6 hours 30 minutes is required.

Can I use an existing universal outlet?

A dedicated circuit and a dedicated outlet are required to charge an electric vehicle, so a general-purpose outlet can not be used.

Is there a need to change the "contracted capacity of electricity" linked to the current power company etc.?

If other appliances (such as a refrigerator) are always used at the same time as charging an electric car, the amount of electricity used for charging + household appliances will be required.
If this amount of electricity exceeds the contract capacity, the circuit breaker breaks down and it becomes inconvenient to live, so it is necessary to change the contract for the excess capacity.

Do you do the decided construction day even if it rains?

As a rule we will do construction in the rain. However, if the weather is to remarkably degrade the quality of construction during outdoor construction, we will suspend the work and wait for the weather to recover, or we will set up the construction date again.
