02Survey of installation location (home, etc.) / 所要時間：約1〜2時間

• ご自宅等の現在の契約電力容量を確認し、充電設備の設置に支障がないことを確認します。契約容量の変更についてはお気軽にご相談ください。注：電気の契約容量変更のご判断は、お客様となります。
• EVパワーステーションから給電される回路を含む配線経路等の調査を行います。
• 駐車スペース等、EVパワーステーション本体の設置位置を決定します。

03Send quote/ Number of days required: On the day of the principle survey

We will send you a quotation after investigating the installation location. Please check the contents.

04Order

Please place an order using the URL that will be sent to your email when you send the quotation or by calling our call center.
After ordering, JM will take the following actions:

• We will decide the installation date based on your convenience.
• Apply to the power company as follows.
  ① Application for changing contract capacity (customers who change)
  ② Grid connection application work (all customers)
• Application for facility certification to the Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry. (Customers who have installed solar power generation equipment)

We ask our customers to take the following actions.

• When paying for shopping credits After the approval is given, if there is a connection with the solar power generation facility, the construction will be done after the approval of the Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry.
• If you cancel after ordering, you will be charged separately for the main unit price and cancellation fee.

05Installation / 所要時間：約4時間30分～約6時間30分

• It will be installed after the approval for the grid connection application submitted to the power company has been approved.
• After confirming the details of the field survey and signing the order form, the work will begin.
• Application for facility certification to the Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry. (Customers who have installed solar power generation equipment)

• Indoor construction

  We will install a special breaker and a switchboard with a switching device, and perform work such as wiring.

• Outdoor construction

  We will carry out work such as wall through hole construction, wiring and piping installation, and charger installation.

• Blackout

  The work of connecting the wiring to the distribution board takes a short time, but it also involves a power failure.
  Please take measures in advance such as prevention of data loss on the PC and resetting the timer.

• Operation check

  After connecting the communication device, check the operation of the main unit. In addition, from the viewpoint of privacy protection, the connection with the router at home is your own connection.

06Installation completed

Please confirm that the power is on, and that the work you ordered and the condition after construction are the same. After explaining the handling, maintenance, and after-sales service of the charger using the "Instruction Manual", sign the "Construction completion confirmation" to complete the installation.
