How do I apply for installation?

Can we apply even if it is installed other than a detached house, such as a corporate office?

You can apply. However, the installation basic construction price in this pamphlet is not applicable.
Estimate according to the results of installation site survey.

I live in a condominium now. Please tell me the measures to install the charger

Management associations need to resolve the installation. First of all, please consult the management association.
In addition, we offer "installation review support service" (fee) to support management associations who are considering setting up. We will investigate the installation plan appropriate for each condominium, estimate, make drawings and so on. Consultation is free. You can apply from our website.

Is the estimate free?

Estimates are free if you apply for installation in a detached house during a vehicle negotiation with a sales company or after a vehicle contract.
Estimates other than the above are charged.

How do you decide the schedule for site survey and installation?

How long will it take from application to installation completion?

Approximately two to three weeks of time will be taken from the time you accept the application until the installation is completed.
However, depending on survey results, or when changing contract capacity of electricity, more time may be required.

What is the time required for installation site survey and installation?

Approximately 1 to 2 hours for installation site survey, about 4 hours 30 minutes to installation about 6 hours 30 minutes is required.

Can I use an existing outlet?

A dedicated circuit and a dedicated outlet are required to charge an electric vehicle, so a general-purpose outlet can not be used.

What is the contract power change capacity?

To charge in general households, contract power needs to be increased by 3 kVA. Please consult the power company in each district.

Do you do the decided construction day even if it rains?

As a rule we will do construction in the rain. However, if the weather is to remarkably degrade the quality of construction during outdoor construction, we will suspend the work and wait for the weather to recover, or we will set up the construction date again.
