  • Information Sharing
By centralizing your project information that was scattered before, all parties involved can make same judgments and take same actions.
  • On-time Management
By centrally managing information, time spent waiting for information as well as editing time can be reduced, and on-time management can be accomplished.

The work flow for Matabee System

By storing the maintenance request information received at the call center into CCWEB in timely manner, maintenance staff will respond when pre-set standards are crossed.

  • Craftman who is sent to the location will report the status by mobile phone or to call center.
  • Status of the site will be photographed and entered into database. If high level decision is necessary, photograph will be used by the Headquarter to judge the best construction method.
  • When the construction is completed, the photo of project is taken for the database and reporting.
