This system allows the current status of each project to be checked in real time.

Store and facility maintenance request received at the Call Center is registered on CCWEB so that all parties can base their action on same information.

  • Current status for each maintenance projects can be checked in real time with its construction status (Ordered, Arrived, Work in Progress, Completed).
  • The Customer Management division can check the store and facility maintenance status nationwide.
  • The vendors can check which projects are assigned to them and also what the current status is with its construction status.
