Details
The Call Center receives maintenance request from stores across the country. If the maintenance is required after the telephone support, a visit is schedule and registered on CCWEB.
The Store Manager of the customer can check the status of the store which requires maintenance in timely manner.
Maintenance Provider (company) can check the support status of the assigned account.
Maintenance Provider calls the Call Center when they arrive at the store to confirm the start of work. A photograph is taken and sent at this time.
After the work is completed, another photograph is taken. The work completion is called in to the Call Center and the job status on the CCWEB is updated as "Completed".
